Fears
They may make you fearful about the future as you’re operating in a negative way because of the past that has scarred your mental health.
Every now and then your mind is telling you that there is a chance that something terrible will occur again, and due to that, it makes you feel uneasy.
Phobias
Phobias are fears that are not substantiated and seem absurd. Phobias can hold you behind. For example, fear of driving could mean the loss of social interaction, and feeling lonely.

The second is self-confidence.
Let’s get it straight. Everyonehas their own fears. Self-doubt is a feeling that you experience prior to giving a speech or feeling like nervous before the first date you desire to do well. These are typical reactions to stress-inducing situations.
It’s totally natural.
For some confidence issues, these lapses can be crippling. You may be so uneasy of yourself that it is difficult to decide what to do. Sometimes, you may not be able to move.

One of the most common causes of anxiety is depression
Humans are all the same.
We’ve all had depression or anxiety at one point in our lives.
Anxiety is the sense of anxiety, fear or a sense of anxiety when you aren’t sure what the outcome of a situation is going to be out. The uncertainty is starting to consume you.
